Participation in the EMP interactive campaign (E.M.P. Merchandising Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Darmer Esch 70 a, 49811 Lingen)
and Jägermeister (Mast-Jägermeister Deutschland GmbH, Jägermeisterstraße 7–15, 38296 Wolfenbüttel), hereinafter referred to as operator or organiser, is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation.
The interactive campaign starts on 29.04.2019 and ends when 600 persons have sent in a shirt. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the campaign by sending packages. The costs for this shall be borne by the operator via DHL link.
To participate in the interactive campaign, the participation form shown must be filled out and submitted, the dispatch label printed out and a shirt dispatched. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the participation period has ended shall not be considered.
To take part in the campaign, only one entry may be submitted (incl. 1 shirt) per participant. It is forbidden for several shirts to be submitted per person.
Participation is free of charge. The postage costs for the required 600 shirts shall be paid by the operator. A dispatch label can be found in the above link which the participant prints out. Costs for dispatching the package shall only be covered if the label provided is used.
The shirts may not be printed with political, sexist or homophobic statements, indexed bands or calls for violence. The garment must also be recognisable as such and may not contain large holes, may not have been painted by hand or damaged.
Eligible participants are natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and does not depend on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant is restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of the legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator, the agency and their family members involved in the conception and implementation of the interactive campaign are not eligible to participate in the campaign. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, such as manipulation of access to or execution of the campaign, violation of these terms and conditions of participation, unfair actions or false or misleading information in connection with the participation in the campaign.

Costs incurred for dispatching the packages shall be borne by the operator. Any additional costs in connection with acceptance of the package shall be borne by the participant. The participant is responsible him/herself for any taxes to be paid on the package. No one has a legal right to a “thank you”. Only the first 600 participants shall receive a “thank you” package at the address given by them. However, the participant has no entitlement and the operator is under no obligation. The contents of the gift box may vary.
The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the campaign without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that might disrupt or prevent the scheduled execution of the interactive campaign.
Personal data must be provided for participation in the interactive campaign. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and address, are true and correct.
The organiser points out that none of the personal data of the participant shall be passed on to third parties nor be made available for them for use without the consent of the participant.
The participant may at any time revoke the consent given. The revocation is to be addressed in writing to the organiser’s contact data as shown in the campaign imprint. After revoking the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant shall be deleted immediately.
Questions or objections in connection with the interactive campaign are to be addressed to the operator. The contact data can be found in the campaign imprint.
The operator’s interactive campaign is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
If any provision of these terms and conditions of participation are or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision which comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions of participation.
